Position Summary

We are looking for a talented individual with an innovation and start-up mentality to join the Converge BankingSuite team in our mission to develop differentiated financial services products that help our clients achieve their ambition of market-leading customer experiences and composable architectures.

As the leader of the BankingSuite product team, you will be the conduit between banking clients, the product team and engineering team, and the Deloitte sales/delivery teams driving product outcomes to achieve sales in market. You will work closely with the Deloitte sales/delivery leaders to shape enablement efforts and drive product development and delivery to market. You will ensure that client feedback and market trends shape the roadmap and meet the overall product strategy long term.

Recruiting for this role ends on 10/31/2026.

Work you’ll do

Design, build, and operate digital experiences, and features within the BankingSuite platform by leading the product team to define capabilities, create backlog, lead technology execution, and orchestrate multiple FinTech vendors within a modern and complex ecosystem. Prioritize strategic requests, contract and partner with external firms, execute changes in a high-quality fashion, and communicate progress to key stakeholders. Provide KPI’s that inform management of the highest priority features to accomplish, with hypotheses on the impact of new features on B2B sales and overall product experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the “CEO of your domain” by leading a cross-functional team of product owners, UX designers, full stack engineers, data engineers, and scrum master towards building innovative digital banking features in a model that is unique to the banking industry.
  • Hands on execution of the product vision, from ideation through product feature prioritization, oversight of architecture and solution design, to development team project management, to quality assurance and deployment.
  • Set and manage OKR’s and KPI’s for prospect conversion, customer adoption, and retention by demonstrating highly usable customer experiences, UIs, and/or internal business processes, and implementing a culture and process for validated learning with user behavior metrics.
  • Maintain a customer and product-oriented feature list that becomes the foundation for all change and operating activities, including identifying and treating differentiating and hygiene features differently.
  • Define and manage an innovative change process through business strategy inputs, KPI tracking, end-user behavior metrics, and voice of customer research that generates innovative and concrete ideas with feasible execution plans and high-quality production deployments.
  • Define business rules, data definitions, and process standards that ensure consistent rollout of key business themes across all BankingSuite apps, with a primary focus on radically frictionless experiences, cohesion between inbound UI interactions and outbound digital engagement (Email, push, text, etc.), and consistent omni-channel experiences.
  • Ensure a well-structured business capability model is leveraged as the main artifact for building detailed user stories and functional designs as concrete inputs to development teams.
  • Ensure ongoing traceability from strategic goals to capabilities to technical components to validated business results.
  • Visualize our roadmap and features through high level designs including customer experience journey maps, high level architecture views, and UX mockups, with traceability to detailed execution deliverables including production UX artifacts, business process flows, and business rules.
  • Build and maintain a feature-oriented roadmap that is backed by ongoing release-oriented capacity and demand planning to ensure feasible outcomes within reasonable timelines. Must be able to plan the team and projects by continuously balancing resources or tasks based on shifting business demands.
  • Obsess daily over the customer experience through data-driven analysis, validated learning, and designing comparative experiments. Manage the ongoing interactions with lead users.
  • Use the product as an end user to build empathy and self-identify improvements.
  • Ensure stakeholders are continuously informed of your area’s product strategy and roadmap.

The successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • Must be highly cross-functional across multiple disciplines including emerging product management practices, HCI and design-thinking, lean startup principles, business systems analysis, BPM, customer experience management, usability engineering, scrum project methods, and quality assurance.
  • Experience interacting with executive management and multiple internal and external stakeholders to define and deliver complex features. Experience with business model planning, minimum efficient scale analysis, fixed and variable cost modeling, and cost reduction efforts.
  • Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms and/or large complex systems serving millions of end consumers. Understanding of how to leverage responsive, adaptive, and statically designed UI’s effectively.
  • Ability to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. Strong mix of analytical (interaction and flow design) and artistic (brand and style) design thinking.
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills and history of teamwork. Strong attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or product leadership, including at least 3 years in a team leadership role directly managing product managers.
  • Demonstrated experience building and launching data products, AI-native platforms, or enterprise SaaS offerings.
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree (Master’s) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial services, specifically banking (supporting mobile and web-based consumer products in the retail banking or payments industry), payments, or fintechs.
  • Background in a startup, management consulting, commercial transformation, or enterprise technology product leadership.
