Overview
Deutsche Bank Trust & Agency Services (TAS) is a €700m business aspiring to be one of the top three global Corporate Trust Services provider. TAS Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) is an area where technology transformation is needed to support the revenue growth objectives. We are looking for a Technology Director to provide program management oversight of the CLO Technology transformation effort working with several Agile teams globally.

What You’ll Do
Initiate a program office and governance model to prioritize and manage the book of work
Establish 2025 roadmap with high level quarterly deliverables for the immediate term by quarter
Work with upstream and downstream integration partners and vendors to influence and prioritize the work they need to deliver on a timely manner
Ensure proper architecture and process governance exists with the help of Domain Architect and Tribe Leads and timely documentation and user stories on the new workflow implementations via standard tools such as Confluence, JIRA
Adhere to the Agile methodology of delivery with sprint planning and frequent deliveries, engage various Corporate Bank tools and utilities to minimize duplication of work, and enforce strong testing and validation procedures prior to production implementations
Identify resourcing needs and gaps - ensure skilled resources are assigned to the priorities
How You’ll Lead
Manage the financials and milestone updates on internal platforms such as Clarity
Provide updates – accomplishments, risks, and escalations on a regular cadence to the working group and steering committee
Create a collaborative and transparent working environment with excellent communication
Skills You’ll Need
Extensive experience in financial industry overseeing operations and technology transformation programs
Experience and knowledge of working with Capital Markets products such as fixed income, equity, loans, and derivative products
Extensive experience with operational process optimization and workflow designs
Excellent working knowledge of various technology platforms and integration architecture, very good experience with Quality Assurance and automated testing methodologies
Extensive experience working with senior business, operations, and technology stakeholders
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Experience with implementing reusable component architecture
Experience with Cloud and AI/Gen AI technologies
Experience with Blockchain/Crypto experience is a plus
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $170,000 to $280,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
