Job Title – Sales Manager - Mortgage
Location - Mumbai India
Role Description
Assets business manages the complete mortgages books for PBC India. Assets channel is primarily responsible for the sales of products like home loans, Personal Loans and Business Loans.
The primary objective is over achievement of individual target on acquisition of mortgage clients.

Your key responsibilities
The primary objective is over achievement of individual target on acquisition of mortgage clients.
Responsibilities: Responsible for new business Aquisition through open market. Should have a strong network of DSA's in the market - At least 10 DSA's with whom files are discussed on a regular basis.
The ideal candidate should be a graduate. Should have at least 3 years of experience in BIL sales. He / She should preferably be working in a bank or non-banking financial company. Should be a smart worker and should be good at negotiation skills. He / she should also have knowledge of balance sheet and property chain related documents.
Your skills and experience
- Candidate is having 7 year of banking experience.
- He is familiar to acquire New Business
- He has worked in same location in past
- He understands the Lending products - Secured Loans - LAP /Mortgage
- He has fair idea of cross sell Business.
