What we’ll offer you

Key responsibilities:

1) The role will be part of the Global CIO & IS COO team

2) Major responsibilities: ·

  • Support the creation of monthly/quarterly Senior Management Updates ·

  • Support several regulatory and risk topics: o

  • Review of Mandatory trainings and follow up with employee in case of non-completion o

  • Quarterly Supervisory Attestation § Status reminder §

  • Reminder email § Review of questionnaires incl. communication of feedback to employees o

  • Ensure full global compliance regarding Mandatory Time Away for global CIO & IS team

  • Global Audit Tracker · CIO & IS KOPs & guidelines

  • Support the regions with annual updates

3) The scope is to cover all aspects of the above mentioned major responsibilities and to ensure business continuity is possible and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Being a key-member in the global CIO & IS COO team by covering and being responsible for diverse global COO tasks. Working closely with the Advisory & Solutions team, the regions, Finance, control functions, CIO & IS management

Key skills & qualifications:

  • Excellent English a must.

  • Good German knowledge Good xls and PowerPoint knowledge

  • Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong team player - willing and able to work under pressure, being able to prioritize tasks

  • Works fast with utmost precision even under pressure - error-free and under own initiative

  • Positive, outgoing and open-minded personality, self-motivated, with a desire to succeed and grow professionally and personally

  • Be well organized, able to multi-task and run multiple deliverables in parallel

  • Have excellent problem solving skills and be able to think critically

  • Have strong analytical skills with high attention to details

Experience Required:

  • Banking knowledge

  • Experienced with legal-, compliance- and regulatory-requirements associated to the job
