Details of the Division and Team:

The Corporate Actions is responsible for the front-to-back processing of corporate action and income related processes on behalf of the client. The corporate action process includes both Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Action event types, whilst the Income process includes dividend and coupon processing. They are responsible for the following lifecycle: announcement capture, notification, entitlement calculation, entitlement booking (stock and/or cash), voluntary instruction management, and pay date process such as payable/receivable claim management (stock and/or cash). Included within the Voluntary process is Proxy Services, covering Extraordinary General Meetings, Annual General Meetings, Special General Meetings and Class Action processing (where applicable).

Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible for corporate actions announcement and entitlements reports prior send to clients.
  • Responsible for processing on all corporate actions events both mandatory and voluntary
  • Handling client inquiries through calls or emails.
  • Follow up with clients on instructions for all corporate actions’ events.
  • Monitor and control FX and cash account related to the events as per clients requirement and the Bank of Thailand regulations.
  • Timely report and closely follow up in any short time notifications or CA events.
  • Actively monitor and priorities all daily task within role to ensure completeness in timely and accurate manner.

Other Duties

  • Back up coverage within the team
  • BCP exercise for both internally within the bank and externally (i.e regulatory).
  • Involvement of regulatory industry wide testing as and when required.
  • Assisting senior for projects and system UAT as and when required.
  • Preparing regulatory reports to meet audit requriment.
  • Regulatory Reporting preparation to Clients and Regulator as per TSD, OIC and BOT’s requirement

Your skills and experience

  • Ability to process and perform operational back-office tasks with a good understanding of corporate actions in domestic and oversea processing and skills
  • Deep understanding of market requirement in SET regulations / policies
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Performance orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
