Job Description:

The New Banking division is responsible for providing solutions for the digitization of Deutsche Bank's retail and corporate banking business.

New Banking provides digital applications for online and mobile banking as well as the public presence of the retail bank, as well as for branch, self-service terminal and call center applications.

At the earliest opportunity, we are looking for a Technology Manager for the New Banking sector to accompany us on the way to the agile Tribe and Squad organization to successfully manage the complex ecosystem of the digital core systems for the Call-Center service and distribution channel.

Your tasks:

  • In the management of external IT service providers, you ensure that Vendor Risk and Contract Management is properly organized and optimized.
  • As a service Owner, you manage the risks according to appropriate mutual processes.
  • Monitoring the creation and adaptation of external and internal contracts in cooperation with the contracting manager or the operation in both roles is one of their recurrent tasks.
  • You accompany the fulfillment of the contractually agreed services and ensure the transfer of the agreements to our internal customers.
  • Regular exchanges with internal risk controllers are part of their daily tasks.

Your skills:

  • Qualified university student of a scientific, economical or technical specialty with a focus on IT, as an alternative to comparable training.
  • You have already gained experience in application and/or project management of complex infrastructure, e.g. Contact Center SIP IP Technology. Risk and contract management skills round out your profile.
  • Ability to work in an agile team with agile methodologies and focus on results.
  • Ideally, you have experience in managing risks with external vendors.
  • Consistent English in word and writing, German knowledge facilitates the handling of the internal business units.
