Location: Pune, India

Role Description - Summary:

Deutsche Bank is actively renewing its digital channels and has started many strategic and challenging projects. Next to some major technological changes Deutsche Bank has decided to step into the Agile software development methodology in order to improve its agility and reduce time to market without scarifying quality.

You will bring knowledge and development experience on TripleA and enforce the team of developers of the triple A Squad. You will extensively make use and apply Continuous Integration tools and practices in the context of Deutsche Bank’s digitalization journey.

Your key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities / Tasks:

  • Design and discuss your own solution for addressing user stories and tasks
  • Develop and unit-test,
  • Integrate, deploy, maintain and improve software
  • Actively participate into the squad activities and ceremonies e.g. daily stand-up/scrum meeting
  • Actively participate and Dev chapter lead activities
  • Apply continuous integration best practices in general (SCM, build automation, unit testing, dependency management)
  • Collaborate with other squad members to achieve the Squad/Sprint objectives
  • Report progress/update Agile team management tools (JIRA/Confluence)
  • Manage individual task priorities and deliverables
  • Responsible for quality of solutions the he/she provides
  • Contribute to planning and continuous improvement activities,
  • Support the PO, Analyst and Scrum Master

Your skills and experience

  • Has extensive development/scripting/configuration experience (5+ years) on Triple’A
  • Has good development experience in Sybase (SQL Dev)
  • Experience in Actuate report design
  • Good exposure to TripleA data model and architecture
  • Experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux scripting (bash,…) and command line use
  • Experience with interface mapping for IBM Websphere TX/IX (aka Mercator)
  • Experience with reporting production, scheduling and distribution with ReportingMaestro
  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM environment.
  • Experience with distributed/multi-locations teams
  • Familar with Agile Team management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Familiar with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Acceptance Test Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pair working, Automated Testing, Agile Games
  • Understand and promote Agile values: FROCC (Focus, Respect, Openess, Commitment, Courage)
  • Good communication skills
  • Pro-active teamplayer
  • Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary, self-organised teams
  • Professional knowledge of English
