Role Description

The Mass Data Integration (MDI) is part of Enterprise & Data within TDI Private Bank. Within MDI we are responsible to deliver the complete life cycle of data integration solutions. In this role, we support a wide array of internal customers and business processes by ensuring the correct and stable delivery of ETL and other data driven functionality.

Your role is within the Application Management team and will focus on identifying and assessing the current state technological infrastructure for gaps or potential improvements. The ITAO must ensure that the applications are enhanced and maintained in accordance with the Bank's IT Policy requirements.

Your key responsibilities

• Determining the appropriate technological solutions to balance delivery and compliance
• Identifying gaps in the current infrastructure solutions and implementing the associated improvements whilst ensuring compliance with technical roadmaps
• Improving the safety and security of IT Applications, compliance with internal and external standards and operational readiness (TISO)
• Supporting the bank’s audit function in the remediation of audit points and issues in order to reduce risk
• Identifying and assessing IT Application risk and implementing the associated technology measures
• Contributing and assisting the implementation of policy and strategy specific to IT management and Information Security
• Identifying opportunities to incorporate new technologies/approaches into best practice

Your skills and experience

• Several years of experience in IT Application Management
• Knowledge of IT policies necessary to perform effectively in the organization, aligned to the bank's appetite for risk
• A strong technical level of understanding for some products/technologies is highly welcomed (Application Servers, UNIX, Oracle Databases, Informatica, Solace, Network skills)
• Understanding of architecture patterns, typical integration patterns, code conventions or other best practices
• Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders. Ability to create and naturally maintain good business relationships with all stakeholders
• Hands on experience in core tools and processes like HP ALM, JIRA and Service Now
• Experience in IT Service Management
• Fluent English is required
