Job Description:

Overview:

The Access Lifecycle team are part of the Identity & Access Engineering and Architecture function. The team design, build, and operate strategic solutions for managing the request, approval, provision and revocation of access to IT assets across the organization.

The solutions manage processes driven by Human Resources such as Joiners, Movers and Leavers, orchestrated automatically in conjunction with other services across the organization, or by user request. Our solutions have global scope, including most of the bank’s business applications and potential users are all the users in the organization and manages access to a large number (several thousands) of business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the planning, development, testing, deployment and operations of the applications under the team’s scope;

• Ensure the quality of the deliverables and service, drive service improvement, and help manage vendors delivering services;

• Understand future demand and technology change, and enable the service to meet the demands of the bank’s strategic direction;

• Understand and define requirements and business processes, maintain relationship with key stake holders;

• Assist on the design, service architecture, solution architecture, process design, data architecture, security architecture, etc;

• Understand and proactively manage operational, regulatory and other risks related to the service;

• Support best practices and standard approaches for Access Lifecycle Services and advise the organization how to consume the services;

• Support maintenance of IAM information assets across the organization, including documentation, catalogues and risk assessments;

• Enable the bank to consume and obtain value out of Access Lifecycle services.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Understand the large scale thinking and approach of a global service;

• Proven experience in an engineering role, and experience in building, deploying and operating enterprise software;

• Strong understanding of development frameworks, specifically Java & Agile frameworks;

• Attention to detail and able to deliver high quality material;

• Strong team leader, able to work in virtual, global teams in a matrix organization, cross location and with mix of vendors and internals;

• Strong relationship management, analytical, problem solving, strategic agility, communication, influencing and presentation skills;

• Strong communication skills;

• Proven “pick up the phone and get things sorted”-attitude.

• Desired: experience in Information Security, specifically Identity and Access Management, and more specifically request, approval and provisioning services;

• Desired: Knowledge of the financial services industry and its IAM and compliance issues.
