The Structured Finance Sales Intern will strengthen the existing DB Paris Global Market division. The main mission will be to assist and provide support to the Paris based FIC Financing sales team in their day-to-day tasks.

They are looking for an intern for 6 months starting July 2024.

Your key responsibilities

Main role and responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Preparating Teasers on financing syndication pitch.
• Monitoring clients feedback on Syndications.
• Monitoring Direct Lending and Transportation Infrastructure Energy deals flows.
• Managing NDAs/RLs negotiations with clients and internal Legal.
• Supporting the team in their client’s KYC tasks and annual reviews.
• Monitoring Desk Revenues
• Monitoring clients activities.

Your skills and experience

• Must be eligible to work in France;
• Good verbal and written communication capabilities in French and English is mandatory;
• Gap year or final internship;
• Strong commitment and autonomy;
• Teamplayer;
• Strong interest and knowledge in financial product and industry;
• Client oriented;
• Good spirit of analysis, synthesis and rigour.
