Corporate Bank Service Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Gives adequate information about banking activity and cash management;

  • Responds to telephone and e-mail queries, follows up client queries with the relevant administrative tasks;

  • Performs regular service reviews;

  • Builds relationships with our clients by listening and understanding their needs;

  • Deals with customer complaints accurately and in a timely fashion;

  • Supports new client adoption in close cooperation with the Bank’s network and in line with the internal and local regulations;

  • Provides support to relationship managers in daily business;

  • Remediation of client files in line with internal Anti Money Laundry policies and local regulations.

Requirements and key competencies

  • Excellent Hungarian and English knowledge, spoken and written;

  • University or college degree in Economics;

  • 2-3 years banking experience (advantage);

  • Advanced PC knowledge with MS office applications;

  • Appropriate communication skills at all levels;

  • Strong customer service orientation and advisory attitude;

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, ability to plan and manage various tasks simultaneously;

  • Positive, open-minded, team-player, high drive and energy, strives for the best results.

Location: Deutsche Bank office, Hold Utca 27

Hybrid working model: 3 days/office

Employment period: 1 year
