Job Title - SharePoint Lead, VP, Lead Developer

Location - Pune

Role Description

In the Capital Markets: CF-Core technology team you be contributing to the buildout of a lean agile pod facing off directly the business. We seek an enthusiastic Senior Developer to help design and build solutions for the platforms. An interested candidate will have experience in producing quality, testable and stable code designed for the future. You must keep abreast of new technologies, with an eagerness to learn, pair, mentoring and coach in a collaborative team.

Your key responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, and continuously improve a group wide M365 & SharePoint based apps.
  • Collaborate with business partners for application /product design, development, and delivery.
  • Develop, control, and maintain SharePoint administration (permissions, access, and new user requests).
  • Implement and maintain a Document Management system (digitalising documents lifecycle from creation to archiving).
  • Responsible for cultivating strong Engineering culture within the team with test driven development, peer code reviews, clean coding principles to enable sustainable production solutions.
  • Responsible to help with hiring activities, talent management.
  • Responsible for coaching and mentoring team members.

Your skills and experience

  • Previous demonstrable experience as a SharePoint Developer with a strong portfolio of successful SharePoint projects within a large organisation.
  • In-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer, M365, MS Teams, Graph API and Azure functions and Power Platform.
  • Experience with integrations and migration paths from on-prem solutions to M365 SPO (DMS capabilities knowledge) and implementation experience.
  • Proven experience in information security and data protection, with a knowledge of core security principles and practices within SharePoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A strong team player with good communication skills, can work under pressure, independently and proactively while balancing competing priorities to achieve results on complex new development and integrations.
  • Nice to have experience in Logic apps and power automate, Familiarity with CRM applications especially Dynamics 365 or Salesforce and Azure API management tooling.
  • Preferable knowledge in MS Fluent UI and M365 add-in development.
