In this role you will support the wider Cyber Hygiene team (consisting of Vulnerability and Secure Configuration Management) in ensuring the controls, policies, as well as Key Operations Procedures (KOPs)/KODs, and audit / regulatory items which are fully managed, updated, and current throughout their lifecycle. What You’ll Do

  • Be the formal control owner for Cyber Hygiene (CH) IS policy controls and oversee the control objective by mapping the CH services & capabilities to the respective controls

  • Work closely with the CH Operational Leads and CH Delivery Management / Operational Integration function to make sure changes required to capabilities meeting control objectives are added to the CSO CTO implementation roadmap, as well as with the Relationship Management lead, so control required KPIs/KRIs/escalations are properly presented / addressed to meet control/audit requirements

  • Cross coordinate with all CH functions to oversee current challenges and issues

  • Act as the primary interface to regulatory / audit queries and audits related to CH

  • Manage relationship to our CSO audit and risk interfaces, engaging the right CH SMEs when needed

  • Reports to the Cyber Hygiene lead any issues/gaps and their remediation plan/progress or required risk acceptances/SIIs

How You’ll Lead

  • Work closely with the Cyber Hygiene Management team to align policies, process, technology, and resources to priorities

  • Hold CH delivery owners to account in meeting related objectives, milestones and KPIs in this area

  • Interact with Group Audit, CSO Audit Support, Business Units, and other external stakeholders to ensure open issues are identified and addressed transparently

Skills You’ll Need

  • Strong project and program management experience

  • Understanding of Information Technology and Information Security Controls and Policies

  • Experience of working with Group Audit and External Regulators

  • Understanding of Cyber Security and a background in a Technology function required

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

  • Ability to shape a narrative to difficult and complex issues – support others to do the same

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $100,000 to $145,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
