Our clients include large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, government agencies and financial sponsors.

Your key responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of Investment Banking mandates in Asia, with a strong focus on Industrials, Consumer and Healthcare sector

• Due diligence of clients and markets

• Modelling and financial analysis

• Deal documentation and internal approvals

• Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches

• Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters

Your skills and experience

• Strong track record in origination and execution of Investment Banking deals in Asia Industrials, Consumer and Healthcare sector

• Ability to model and prepare financial analysis

• Ability to lead key workstreams on transactions with some guidance from seniors

• Strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics across Asia

• Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask

• Strong communication skills and able to articulate to demanding clients

• Korean speaking preferred
