Technology Management Senior Analyst
Deutsche Bank
Job Description:
About this Position
As a Technology Senior Analyst, you will coordinate the execution of our business and/or technical initiatives in sync with the program BoW and DB’s policies and strategy. You will meaningfully contribute to this by acting as the single point of contact for the assigned initiatives and products, showing accountability and responsibility spanning across planning, execution and delivery. You will work together with several SMEs to define the priorities, identify and coordinate the resolution of issues, coordinate implementation of the changes, communicate with wider team and different stakeholders, and ensure the assigned backlog is well managed in terms of priorities, dependencies and delivery timelines with a strong focus on high-quality delivery.

- You are an experienced Technology Analyst/Technical Product Manager/Technical Project Manager wanting to expand knowledge towards technical initiatives coordination .
- You’re looking for a complex environment that challenges you as both a communicator and problem solver
- You have a team mindset and a commitment to the success of others, and like collaborating on multiple diverse projects at the same time. You can expect to be working on several projects at a time, with different priorities and time span.
- You like to move fluidly between the birds-eye view and the individual details: you can dive deep into issues as easily as you can understand and convey how a high-level plan meets the needs of a given project’s goals.
- You love helping your team and partners reach consensus, through implementation discussions, negotiating features (and their priority) — with a clear distinction between important and urgent.
- You value the expertise and experience of your teammates while also being able to challenge the status-quo
- You enjoy communicating and know how to run effective meetings. You are comfortable with distributed, remote work on different time zones.
- You are an Agile evangelist, continuously looking for process improvements

- Running effective meetings that balance the discussion of technical details with high-level strategy and ongoing execution.
