Overview

Operations Client Relationship Management (OCRM) utilizes their cross-product market information, their in-depth knowledge of Deutsche Bank‘s infrastructure /contact model and comprehensive knowledge of the client's business to proactively manage the client needs and partner with them.

As an OCRM, you will manage the relationship of our top tier clients to ensure we exceed our service performance across post trade operational functions to enable business growth and operational efficiencies.

You will act as the voice of the client to Deutsche Bank by understanding client strategic priorities and partner with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues. As the dedicated senior contact, you will be engaging in service reviews and gain broad knowledge of market initiatives that can benefit both parties in striving for optimal processing and improving the overall client experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, proactively managing client service delivery issues and working with operations partners to implement sustainable and scalable fixes

  • Acts as a conduit to help client navigate within Deutsche Bank’s organization and work with clients, and various internal partners to deliver on client requirements

  • Oversee client performance metrics including tracking, analysis and follow up with clients, vendors, and operations for issue resolutions and ensure all client level expectations are met across all products and functions globally

  • Facilitate relationship visits for operational broker reviews, discussion on operational issues, teach in sessions and high-level strategic meetings

  • Support clients to execute on strategic opportunities including adoption of third party and digital solutions and provide market intelligence

  • Act as a conduit to help client navigate within Deutsche Bank’s organization

Skills You’ll Need

  • Relevant financial industry experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handling multiple escalations

  • Ability to influence across various internal stakeholders

  • Ability to prioritize and manage client expectations

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Cross product and post trade knowledge across Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income and Over-The-Counter Derivatives

  • Client-oriented with prior relationship management or client facing experience

  • Strong project management skills and conflict management

  • Team mentality

  • Strong problem-solving skills

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $65,000 to $107,250. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
