CB Tech Cash Management
Corporate Banking Cash Management provides cash management & liquidity solutions to it’s industry leading corporate clients through continuous innovations with significant focus on technology.
The Payment tribe within the cash management is investing in continuous improvement through upgrades to the platforms along with adoption of cloud-based products, upskilling of developers through training.
As an Associate Engineer (f/m/x)for Technology in Payments F2B team, you will partner with business, technology managers and Risk and Control team to create and maintain the application stack and execute strategical programs. You’ll be an integral part of the bank’s infrastructure, guiding the Corporate Bank Technology team through the engineering practices. You will enable the digital environment that helps our people share their knowledge, expertise and real passion for our business. Your key responsibilities
- Develop and support application as well as Dev Ops artifacts to support application rollout and maintenance
- Apply best practices in software engineering to deliver optimum results
- Be a key player in building partnership with the Product and management stakeholders
- Understand the needs of team and troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Adopt to new technology trends in order to provide the best industry standard solutions maintaing hygiene and risk control
Your skills and experiences
- Strong engineering and programming skills preferably in java and/or cloud-based solutions backed by NOSQL database like MongoDB
- Knowledge on how to set up and use tools like GitHub, GitHub Actions, Selenium, and JUnit.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services like Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, and Kubernetes and deployment patterns like blue-green, canary etc.
- Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrixed organizations partnering with UI/UX Design Team, Architects, Business Analysts and Stakeholders situated in multiple regions and time-zones; at varying capacity to understand requirements.
- Scripting languages (Bash, Python) and tools like Terraform for automating tasks.
- Understanding of basic security practices like access control and vulnerability management.
