Since 2009, JSC "Deutsche Bank DBU" (Deutsche Bank Ukraine) operates as corporate bank in Ukraine, subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG, and offers a full range of corporate banking services to its clients (local corporates and subsidiaries of foreign companies).
We are looking for a Client Service / Account Management Officer
This dual role encompasses the responsibilities of a Bank Implementation Manager, overseeing the setup and integration of our internet banking platform, as well as the strategic duties of a Product Manager. The appointed individual will ensure that the banking platform is aligned with market demands and our business objectives, leading both the technical implementation and the overarching product strategy.
Bank Implementation Manager is responsible for the successful setup and integration of our internet banking platform. This is a pivotal role in ensuring seamless connectivity with various Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Treasury Management Systems (TMS), while also providing Level 1 support to our clients and internal teams.
The Product Manager is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and continuous improvement of cash management, trade finance and lending products and services. This role involves overseeing the product lifecycle from conceptualization through research, development, marketing, and performance tracking, aligning with the bank’s strategic goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
As an Implementation Officer
Lead the implementation of the internet banking platform, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP and TM systems with the banking platform.
Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful implementation.
Provide Level 1 support for the internet banking platform, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients on the use of the internet banking platform.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including system configurations and process flows.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards during the implementation process.
Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and suggest enhancements for the banking platform.
Monitor the performance of the internet banking platform and coordinate with technical teams for maintenance and upgrades.
As a Product Officer
Develop and manage a comprehensive cash management and trade finance & lending product portfolio.
Propose cash management business and product strategy for next 2-5 years
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and product gaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and enhancements.
Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product offerings.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Provide subject matter expertise on cash management trends and innovations.
Support sales and customer service teams with product-related inquiries and issues.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or fintech, with a focus on product management and implementation.
Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing banking platforms or similar systems.
Strong understanding of ERP and Treasury Management Systems (TMS) integration.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with internet banking platforms and related technologies.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong customer service orientation and commitment to client satisfaction.
Native level in Ukrainian language and professional English.
