Location: Bangalore, India

Role Description

The Performance and Reward Enablement team is a key pillar of the Central P&R organisation, enabling coordinated and consistent processes across the product portfolio. The P&R Specialist is responsible for leading the delivery and support of P&R products and processes. The role works in close partnership with Divisional HR, Central Performance and Reward, HR IT, HR Change, as well as liaising with Country HR, to ensure effective delivery of end-to-end processes.

Your skills and experience

  • Lead the successful delivery of end to end global group wide projects
  • Hands on support and expert advice for P&R product specialists and PEC on global delivery and rollout of products, processes or policies e.g. project tracking, planning etc.
  • Work in partnership with Group HR to facilitate the Senior Exec Committee process and any other relevant Group Committee
  • Manage and contribute to the production and sign off of high quality communication or reference materials to support managers and employees in the use of any P&R product or process e.g. HR Connect pages, system guides, manager FAQs, HR Direct training etc.
  • Manage the delivery and implementation of P&R products and processes across the Bank, from launch through to post implementation review e.g. Recognition Award, Spotlight Survey, Total Performance skills building etc.
  • Support and potentially own relationships with relevant stakeholders including both internal colleagues across the Bank and external contacts such as vendors
  • Lead the delivery of processes or analytics related to P&R regulatory requirements (e.g. InstVV and CRD IV) and audits e.g. MRT objectives QA, IVCDs, Control Function Input, Stoneturn certification
  • Work individually or lead wider teams to improve process performance by solving problems and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Understand the P&R systems in depth and working alongside HR technology / Change teams to lead the delivery of improvements and enhancements as needed e.g. Workday, Qualtrics.
  • Manage and support data audits and cleanses as required and ensuring any follow up actions are completed on time.
  • Specify and coordinate ad-hoc reporting and analysis of P&R data, ensuring output meets the desired requirements and is high quality.
  • Lead and support the delivery of global people surveys and drive links across the survey platform.
  • Support the delivery of the culture compendium and manage ad hoc regulatory requests for information.
  • Lead vendor contract delivery and VRM for the wider PEC team.

  • Experience in process design and improvement
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive information
