Details of the Division and Team:
Branch Operations is responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant information. This may require them to perform controls within their own area of responsibility. Work includes: •Ensuring the timely escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate •Building and managing relationships with the front office and other internal and/or external parties

Your key responsibilities:
Co-work with outsourcing team, ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant transaction processing.
Ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant Regulatory reporting.
Confirmation preparing and follow up.
Sending request to related system maintenance team to make sure the most updated records in system, e.g. client address, SSI setup request.
Investigate and follow up on Regular reconciliation report.
Have good relationship with the front office and other internal and/or external parties
Your skills and experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in bank operation processing.
Able to work independently.
Organized with strong awareness of risk controls.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective spoken and written English/Mandarin.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
