Location- Bangalore, India

Role Description

The Access Lifecycle area in Identity & Access is responsible for providing centralized Identity & Access Management solutions that provide permissions and roles to application users in a standardized, compliant application process. The assignment of roles can either be automated or manual.

Your key responsibilities

We are looking for a Service Operations Specialist who will be responsible for day-to-day service operations for the central Identity & Access Management system based on One Identity Manager.

  • ITAO role for all One Identity Manager Instances, GCP based application.
  • Management and supervision of the vendor responsible for RTB (Run-the-Bank) Operations.
  • Drives resolution of incidents and issues, supports S2/S1 incident calls for the One Identity Manager and Cloud based product.
  • Ensure escalation of operational, regulatory, or other risks to management
  • Management of smaller projects
  • Support of audit requests (presentation of the solution, delivery of evidence...)
  • Ticket and process analysis to drive continuous improvements in implementations according to industry best practices.
  • Compliance with safety regulations and control processes

Your skills and experience

Professional Requirements:

  • Completed degree or a comparable qualification.
  • Proven experience in service operations of larger, complex IT systems
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • 3+ years of Experience as ITAO or with similar roles.
  • Experience in managing vendor teams.
  • Knowledge of access lifecycle systems (with a focus on request & approval, provisioning, recertification, Joiners/Leavers) is desired.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, any Cloud will be a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience

Personal Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, reliability, flexibility, and teamwork.
  • High degree of customer orientation
