You will be joining the Compliance & AFC based global Regulatory Training team as part of the Governance and Exam Management function. You will hold a strategic position responsible for ensuring high standards of governance, including interpretation and response to training related findings, audit report writing, and driving and reporting on corrective action and/or remediation plans.

Your key responsibilities
- Interpretation of training related Audit/Regulator/Monitor findings with timely responses to all requests
- Provision of evidence to close training related obligations/findings and maintenance of records of all related correspondence and commitments
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders in Audit, Legal and across first/second lines of defence
- Coordinate annual Training Needs Analysis processes, consolidating reports and sourcing approvals as needed
- Coordinate, organise and enhance key global training fora and associated governance arrangements
- Maintain team Key Operating Documentation, organisational charts, detailing the supervisory structure of the team, and other governance related materials
Your skills and experience
- Background in a similar governance role within Financial Services/Compliance and AFC is desirable but experience in a training role is not essential
- Proven ability to develop, maintain and follow structured methodology while challenging current practice
- Experience of developing and driving closure of audit action plans in a timely manner and experience with audit tracking systems
- Proven ability to explain complex regulatory topics, in writing, clearly and concisely
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of work
- Excellent communication skills
