As one segment of the Corporate & Investment Bank, our Corporate Finance business provides the full range of products and services of a leading global investment bank. Our clients include large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, government agencies and financial sponsors.

Your key responsibilities:
- Support origination and execution of IB business, with a strong focus in technology, media and telecom sectors
- Due diligence of clients and markets
- Deal documentation and internal approvals
- Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches
- Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters
- Attending client meetings independently
Your skills and experience:
- Relevant Corporate Finance experience
- Candidate needs to be fluent in Mandarin and English
- Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi task
- Have strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques
- Strong communication skills and able to articulate to demanding clients
