The Trust & Agency Services Operations group performs mandatory and voluntary reorganization events and book-entry DTC exchanges on behalf the registered parent agents Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas (DBTCA) and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company (DBNTC), The Clearing and Settlement Analyst is accountable for managing the end-to-end clearing and settlement process, ensuring smooth and timely market settlement of securities and cash transfers between the Bank and its counterparty. You will support interfaces with different internal and external stakeholders (front office, clients, brokers, nostro agents, exchanges and clearing houses) involved in the clearing and settlement process chain, according to the market standards. The role is responsible for trade date to settlement date processes (pre-matching and confirmation, trade processing, cash transfer, instruction routing, depot and inventory management, funding, and settlement monitoring) and post-settlement date processes (fails management).

What You’ll Do
Ensure processing of assigned transactions are completed timely and accurately within area of responsibility
Post Corporate Action events to obligation processing system
Facilitate securities settlement through the Depository Trust Company
Daily reconciliation of position and cash balances
Maintain updated process/procedure documentation for role
Skills You’ll Need
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; phone etiquette with a client focus
Discipline to stay on task and perform well if working remotely
Experience in a client service organization; trust or investment management experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $48,000 to $68,800. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
