Job Description:

  • Build and develop reporting capabilities to match the requirement of US regulator and other governing bodies in US for DBTCA
  • Preparation, validation, and presentation of regulatory reporting packs to key stakeholders such as external regulators, auditors, and senior management
  • Analysis and interpret new regulatory requirements and collaboration with tech/ development teams for their implementation of the same
  • Perform different quantitative scenario analysis on the data to provide a sense of key risk metrics and impact on KPIs for the business
  • Conducting regular reviews and updates of roles and responsibilities within the risk data aggregation process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Collaborate cross-functionally to take on ad-hoc projects towards improving data quality and operational efficiencies

Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering. Additional certification like Financial Risk Management (FRM) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) would be a plus
  • 10-12 years of work experience in relevant field of Finance and/ or Governance
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory risk topics such as Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA), Loss Give Default (LGD), Asset Quality, and Regulatory Capital
  • Strong analytical skills and credit background
  • Knowledge of Trade Finance & Lending products, credit risk and hedging is a plus

Excellent communication skills at all levels, including the ability to interact successfully with stakeholders
