Join Deutsche Bank Structured Finance Sales team in Paris for a 6 months internship starting in January 2025 to strengthen the existing Paris Global Market division. The main mission will be to assist and provide support to the Paris based FIC Financing sales team in their day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the team in originating and managing Direct Lending, Infrastructure & Energy, Commercial Real Estate, Transportation, ABS, and Fund Finance deal flows
• Monitoring corporate finance markets (PE deals, M&A pipeline) to ensure the team is always up-to-date.
• Preparing internal screening memos based on Information Memorandums and due diligence reports.
• Helping the Team on NDAs/RLs negotiations with clients and internal Legal.
• Improving and maintaining the current tools/spreadsheets to enable the sales team to execute transactions efficiently.

Skills

• Must be eligible to work in France.
• Good verbal and written communication capabilities in French and English is mandatory.
• Good spirit of analysis, synthesis and rigour.
• Strong interest and knowledge in financial product and industry.
• Teamplayer.
