Corporate Bank Relationship & Transaction Monitoring (RTM):

Relationship & Transaction Monitoring (RTM) combines across CB’s products service, implementation, and subsidiary coverage teams into one function. After the success of the APAC model, the Global rollout was decided in 2023 and is currently implemented across 39 countries. The global rollout fosters revenue growth, synergies and enhanced client experience as well as enabling a sharper focus for Coverage on key clients and with that new deal origination.

The Business Manager for RTM will work jointly with the RTM APAC Heads & the Global RTM COO to drive regional strategies, generate efficienices and take care of run-the-bank Business Manager responsibilities.

Your key responsibilities:

• Support the design and management of the RTM APAC business strategy/plans & strengthen the RTM model in the APAC region
• Execute the implementation of strategic initiatives with cross-divisional stakeholders to drive efficiencies and standardise processes across regions in partnership with leadership team and global COO
• Support the management on the people agenda incl. key processes (e.g. FTE management & associated YE processes)
• Design and implement the control framework and governance aspects jointly with Divisional Control Office and compliance
• Drive better focus control and transparency on costs (Direct as well as Allocations) including Planning, forecasting and deep dives
• Create compelling senior management presentations of highest quality in an efficient manner

Your Skills & experience:

• Ability to effectively deliver projects and process support
• Advanced stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work with complex subsets of management information and financial data
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner to all levels of seniority
• Proficiency in MS Office – with focus on PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong problem solving and analytical / data management skills
