Role description:
The iVMO Vendor Risk Analyst is responsible for supporting the Infrastructure Divisional function with the smooth processing of all purchase requests that fall within the category of below 100K Euros. The analyst will ensure that support provided to the PR requesters are in line with Global Procurement guidelines and policies. The analyst will challenge the demand for new assessments and where necessary assist requesters with the Inherent Risk Questionnaire completion on the Bank’s Third Party Risk Assessment Tool. The analyst is expected to proactively track requests to ensure timely support and closures and drive process improvement to reduce time and effort. The Analyst is also responsible for ensuring Infrastructure function adherence to bank wide policies and processes.
Overview:
DB Vendor Management (VM) are responsible for maintaining a bank wide end to end Third Party (Vendr) Management (TPRM) framework. The Infrastructure Vendor Management Office (iVMO) is responsible for implementing key elements of the framework, therefore ensuring the most efficient and effective execution of any sourcing event in full compliance with the groups policies and standards. The iVMO partners with the infrastructure functions to maintain a full understanding of function’s priorities and requirements to lead to the best sourcing outcomes across the Bank. The iVMO manages the divisional contract and Vendor legal governance and contributes to the required group wide transparency on our key vendor partners to drive informed management decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support Infrastructure Purchase Requests (PRs) that fall within the sub100K contracts category
- Responsible for reviewing and validating the sub100K Purchase Requests (PRs) to ensure that the sub100K PRs are backed by published contracts and have corresponding TPRAs (Third Party Risk Assessments)
- Ensure that PRs are aligned with the Global Procurement Mandates / Policies
- Responsible for challenging the demand for new Third Party Risk Assessments on the TPRA tool if existing TPRAs can be leveraged
- Responsible for supporting the PR requesters with creating the Inherent Risk Questionnaire on the TPRA tool
- Maintain a tracker to ensure that all requests are monitored and are tracked to closure
- Create periodic MIS reports and publish/circulate them
- Create and maintain a Knowledge Base of the unique cases processed
- Escalate overdue tasks or risks and concerns as per the defined escalation matrix
- Build and maintain a strong network of partners within the respective Infrastructure divisions and Global Procurement
Your Skills & Experience:
- Experience with working on various IT domains / platforms and experience in Vendor Management, procurement or banking operations are an advantage
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
- Automation & self-service report creation
- Ability to diagnose improvement areas across processes, tools and systems
- Understanding of DB Policies
- Procurement and business process management knowledge
- Relationship building and stakeholder management skill set
