Corporate Bank Phoenix

Phoenix ist das wichtigste Transformationsprojekt unserer Unternehmensbank. Wir gestalten unsere Prozesse deutlich effizienter und wollen ein erstklassiges Kundenerlebnis während des gesamten Lebenszyklus unserer Kundenbeziehung erreichen. Seit Ende Januar 2024 gehört Phoenix als ein „Key Deliverable“ der Unternehmensbank zu den Kerninitiativen der Deutschen Bank.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Entwickeln der e2e Zielarchitektur für Phoenix (Niederlande und Deutschland) der Corporate Bank in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den CB-Tribes und außerhalb CB z.B. mit PB, RFT oder GTI Shared Services Teams.
• IT-, Business- und Tribe-übergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden Architekten in den globalen Tribes und anderen relevanten Stakeholdern auf Senior- Level (z.B. Cash Management, Trade Finance & Lending, Channels, Securities Services und Enterprise Services)
• Verstehen und Berücksichtigung der spezifischen Anforderungen von Geschäftskunden, inklusive der Integration in die Privatbank- und Finance-Landschaft
• Den Status Quo ständig hinterfragen. Ziel ist eine schlanke, agile und portable Lösung. Die Verwendung strategischer Architekturkomponenten sicherstellen
• Ideen und Konzepte entwickeln, visualisieren und insbesondere gegenüber Senior Stakeholdern überzeugend vertreten

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Solution-Architektur und sehr gute Kenntnisse der CB und PB Germany Architektur
• Erfahrung im Bereich Cloud-Lösungen (GCP) und -Architektur
• Masterabschluss in Informatik, Software-Engineering oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung, idealerweise kombiniert mit Finanz- oder Geschäftskenntnissen
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte Herangehensweise um Ideen in Konzepte, Design und Code umzuwandeln
• Englisch fließend ist ein Muss, Deutsch ist ein Plus

Commercial Banking Tribe

You’ll be joining the Commercial Bank Tribe, who is focusing on the special needs of the small and medium enterprise clients in Germany, a designated area for further growth and investment within Corporate Bank.

We are responsible for the digital transformation of ~800.000 clients in 3 brands, i.e. the establishment of the BizBanking platform including development of digital sales and service processes as well as the automation of processes for this client segment.

We are on a journey of an extensive digitalisation of business processes and to migrate our applications to the cloud. We are working jointly together with our business colleagues in an agile setup and we are collaborating with stakeholders and engineers from other areas thriving to achieve a highly automated and adoptable process and application landscape.

As a Lead Architect (m/f/x) you will develop the technical solution architecture for CB Germany's transformation with a focus on enterprise integration. In this role, you will closely cooperate with our Business Analysts and Product Managers.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop an e2e solution architecture for the connection of account ledgers to enterprise services (Finance, Tax, AFC, Treasury)

• Ensure use of strategic architectural components

• Consider functional as well as non-functional requirements

• Cooperate closely with your corresponding product teams / tribes / squads and architects

Your skills and experiences

• Multiple years of experience as (solution-) architect, especially in enterprise services

• Very good understanding of CB Germany architecture

• Experience in the area of cloud solutions (GCP) and -architecture

• Pragmatic, structured, and solution-oriented ways of working with a focus on delivery; ability to work in teams with experience working in global and partially virtual teams

• Fluency in English (verbally and written), German is a plus
