Branch Technology (BT) in Luxembourg is seeking for an Infrastructure Technology Service Analyst for the governance, risk, and information security function. The Technology Services Analyst works as a member of the IT department which provides second level production services and end level technologies to different clients and business lines across Deutsche Bank. This position mainly covers three related roles with various interfaces to other areas and topics: Infrastructure Technical Information Security Officer (TISO), Change Advisory Board (CAB) Chair and Risk Coordinator.
Responsibilities
Accept the ownership and responsibility for the Information Security and Compliance of the assigned IT Assets within BT in Luxembourg, ensuring the overall compliance and security.
Carry out the Information Security and Compliance Assessments for the assigned IT Assets and configurations, guide the IT Application Owner on the implementation of compensating controls.
Execute and document periodical recertification of access rights in compliance with the DB Group Identity and Access Processes.
Run and structure CAB meetings, guide the members and the Change Management topic, delegating and communicating responsibilities, and oversee the processes related to the CAB agenda.
Impart knowledge from our areas of governance, risk and information security and improve processes in an interdisciplinary manner and beyond the organization.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent Diploma) preferred and/or 3+ years (Infrastructure) Information Security or IT Risk experience within the Luxembourg finance industry, including regulatory expertise. In addition, the following educational achievements will be looked upon favorably: Certification in Information Security or equivalent.
Experience in translation of very complex topics and sharing information in clear and crisp messages/visions, such as very good communication and organization skills, independent and reliable working style.
Fluent in English (written/verbal), German is considered an advantage.
Excellent analytical skills, flexibility regarding problem solving, open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members.
The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
