Overview

As part of the Technology, Data, & Innovation (TDI) Central Patch Management function, you will undertake analytical, governance and advisory duties relating to the Bank’s Patch Management process. Assisting Technology units to be compliant with the Patch Management KOD and exceed key performance indicator (KPIs)

You will be required to work closely with technology units to ensure accurate, complete and consistent patch reporting is established, sustained and timely and regularly provided.

You will be involved in helping ensure that established KPIs are being met or exceeded by these technology units and assisting the technology owners in the identification, tracking and remediation of issues that are negatively impacting KPIs.

You will assist the technology units in the identification of efficiency improvements that can contribute towards improving the rate, success and consistency of the patching undertaken by the technology units.

Key accountabilities of the role

  • Assisting Technology units to be compliant with the Patch Management KOD and exceed KPIs

  • Establishing and operating new governance procedures and controls

  • Audit Remediation

  • Documentation and training materials

Skills You’ll Need

  • Moderate technical experience, specifically in infrastructure including database, server or other patchable products

  • Moderate in ensuring governance and control adherence, tracking evidence of compliance and reporting of metrics using varied reporting tools

  • Moderate of creating written technical documentation such as procedures, working instructions and training materials

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

  • ITIL experience preferred

  • Service Now experience

  • Ability to network across organizations

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville $78,000 to $111,800. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
