Your key responsibilities:
Trade Flow Advisory & Service (TFAS) Role Profile - Associate
TFAS will handle the majority of Trade Flow and Supply Chain Finance transactions across all client segments. The team will be measured by client satisfaction and intensifying client relationships as well as farming utilization KPI of the client revenue.
Client Relationship Representative for Trade clients on day-to-day trade related activities

Servicing (Trade advisor) clients ;
Advising Trade clients and setting up of structured Trade transactions (e.g. Wording for Guarantees, workability of an export LC for adding confirmation and discounting)
Answering all kinds of product related questions before product is issued
Discuss workability issues with client enable the transaction can be proceeded without involving the risk to the Bank and Client.
Check and improve transaction application, documents discrepancies as provided by Delivery Hub India
Limit checks and monitor the credit conditions are followed.
Manage/update client profile and TF client scoring card in central repository application for reference to internal stakeholders
Transaction Monitoring, ensuring transactions are a good fit and meet with the business nature of the client
Discussion with Business Partners on trade finance related matter (TF Operations, CRM, Legal, Compliance etc)
Enquiry and client complaint management
Comply with Internal & Regulatory Risk and Control Guidelines
Drive continuous improvement activities for area of accountability leading to operational efficiencies’
Monitor the service quality, productivity and turnaround time according to the agreed SLA with Delivery Hub India and customers
Prepare and submit regulatory reports if any to Finance, Compliance and Regulators
Participate in the projects and initiatives implemented by Relationship & Transactions Management (RTM)
Train the junior staff to deliver the client service duties
Provide product knowledge transfer and development plan to junior staff
Incident management thru proper escalation to the focal point of contact at outsourcing branch
Your skills and experience:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years of solid experience in Trade Finance arena, especially Documentary Trade with knowledge of product associated risks e.g. compliance, transaction monitoring
In-depth knowledge of trade operations cycle. Proficient in UCPDC, ISBP, URDG rules & guidelines
Exposure to process improvement projects is an advantage
Business oriented, enterprising and inquisitive in a new way of doing things
Team player and willing to share knowledge
Good oral and written communication skills and meticulous
Good interpersonal skills and can-do attitude. Ability to maintain a good professional relationship with external and internal contacts
Fluency in Putonghua is essential.
