Overview
The Information Technology (IT) Incident Management Governance Coordinator is an integral part of the Global Incident Management Function within Operations Management, Technology, Data, & Innovation (TDI). The Incident Management Governance team is tasked with overseeing the Incident Management (IM) process utilized by IT stakeholders and the Global Incident Management team. This team operates a "follow the sun" service model across three regions, ensuring that IM processes and controls are effective, compliant with the published Key Operating Documents (KOD), and aligned with the responsibilities outlined in the IT Governance and Management Charter.

What You’ll Do
Conduct periodic reviews and recertification of key controls and processes
Develop, implement, and ensure the effectiveness of key controls in accordance with the Incident Management Key Operating Documents (IM KOD), while taking corrective actions to mitigate identified risks
Participate in audit and regulatory activities
Produce weekly and monthly governance reports covering key metrics and controls
Oversee and coordinate the annual review of the Key Operating Documents (KOD)
Skills You’ll Need
Proficient in data extraction and analysis with a keen attention to detail
Ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively
Capable of working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
Familiarity with service management functions, including incident and problem management
Understanding of audit and IT Governance controls
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Risk Management, controls and risk mitigation
Data reporting and analysis
Stakeholder engagement – internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of Governance and Regulatory frameworks
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $63,000 to $90,300. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
