Overview
In this role, you will be a key player in maintaining the stability and integrity of the Bank’s production Information Technology (IT) environment. As a Production Change Manager, you will ensure that all changes to the IT environment are implemented in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the change management process, supporting stakeholders, and addressing complex change-related challenges. Your work will directly impact the Bank’s ability to maintain robust controls, prevent disruptions, and enhance service reliability.

What You’ll Do
Manage and oversee the execution of the Production Change Management process, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
Act as a primary point of escalation for issues raised by outsourced Change Controllers and other stakeholders
Chair and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring effective decision-making and conflict resolution
Lead the development and delivery of ad-hoc Production Change Management reports in response to audit, incident management, and IT service needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve identified deviations from standard processes and initiate process improvements
Manage and maintain key Change Management system functions, including the creation, modification, and recertification of Change Templates and Approval Models
Skills You’ll Need
Proven experience in IT Change Management, particularly in a production environment
Strong understanding of ITIL-aligned service management practices
Experience with IT service management tools, such as Servicenow (preferred but not essential)
Technical proficiency across infrastructure and application technology environments
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and present to diverse audiences
Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze complex situations and make level-headed decisions
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to continuous process improvement

Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a global, cross-functional team
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $60,000 to $86,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
