As Business Manager for Capital Markets Products (Global) you are responsible for global strategy and planning to align business operations with the bank's mission and goals. Including coordinating with the regional Chief Operating Office (COO) & Product teams on infrastructure improvements, global/regional regulatory topics, Audit review, Risk Topics and managing & implementation of key documentation changes to Policies/Procedures as applicable. You will also play a key part in Supporting/ Developing forecasting models, budgets, resource allocation and plans for projects.

Your key responsibilities
- Define and facilitate overall business strategy and facilitate annual budgeting process and ambition planning, lead, monitor and coordinate financial and management information (budget, revenue, cost)
- Lead and execute business priorities and projects and act as coordination point with Regional Capital Markets COO and AGILE teams on infrastructure enhancements
- Ensure awareness of and strict adherence to the regulatory framework and applicable bank policies and procedures
- Participate in asset-class centric risk initiatives including Audit Points i.e. regulatory projects, audits and reviews & tracking and closing any NPA conditions are fully tracked to completion or closure(
- Lead, Drive and Co-ordinate Capital Market forums globally (for assigned asset class / Forum) including drafting / updating Key Operating Document / Procedure and necessary communication / escalations to Global / Regional Stake Holders
- Gatekeep for specific system/ data accesses
Your skills and experience
- Post/graduate level degree (or equivalent work experience) and analytical skills with banking experience, Wealth Management or Investment Bank is preferred
- Basic knowledge in Investment products (FX, Structured Products, Equities, Bonds, Funds, Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM), Structured Products including prior understanding of how Wealth Management client orders are handled/ executed)
- Experience in Mandates and Capital Markets regulations e.g. MIFID II, Volcker, Uncleared Margin, EU Benchmark, and dealing with Cross jurisdiction (including Regional) regulations is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with ability to clearly articulate one’s viewpoints/ blockers / challenges and able to engage with various departments (front office, product owners, operations, legal and compliance, product control, finance, etc)
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, proficient with statistical analysis and preparing charts and graphs, strong process design and documentation experience, project management experience and experience in defining and tracking business/ IT requirements
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, word) and macros
