With offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, New York, California, London, Frankfurt, Milan, Lisbon and Dublin, the Trust & Agency Services (TAS) team at Deutsche Bank has long been recognised as a leader in the provision of administrative and fiduciary services to issuers in the global capital markets. Corporate Trust (CT), a unit of TAS, provides trustee and agency services for debt capital market transactions including Structured Finance, Term Debt, Project Finance, Escrows and Syndicated Bank Loans.
As a Business Product Manager, you will focus on the strategic development and enhancement of CT products and services. You will engage with senior management, and business and functional partners to drive and execute regional strategy. You will work in close coordination with members of the client services, sales, transaction management, technology, and operations teams to enhance, build and develop solutions in line with the Group strategic objectives.

Your key responsibilities
- Identify new product development and product enhancement opportunities, from idea generation to product delivery
- Perform market/ environmental analyses and competitor benchmarking; understand and articulate the needs of the market
- Work closely with the regional management team and develop proof of concepts, business cases and implementation plans for identified opportunities
- Drive priority business initiatives supporting revenue growth/ protection and regulatory conformance
- Lead the New Product Approval (NPA) process and procure sign offs from key risk and control functions
- Ensure products are fit-for-purpose and adhere to Product Governance requirements. Complete Systematic Product Reviews and Product Risk Assessments in collaboration with group and business control functions
Your skills and experience
- Good understanding of the global financial services industry and debt capital markets. A background in transaction banking and in a securities environment is preferable.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills (experience in management consulting is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate clearly to senior executives
- Strong organisational and planning skills. Product/Project management experience is preferable.
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
