Job Detail

  • Process credit documents within internal and external policies/guidelines/regulations in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform independent documentation checks before facility activation and during regular reviews
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including Lending, Credit Risk Management, Relationship Centre, internal/external legal counsels, etc to resolve documentation issues
  • Liaise with back office on credit operations and custody of documents
  • Monitor and close off credit documentation deferrals
  • Identify, escalate & solve operational & regulatory issues
  • Drive continuous improvements and process efficiency initiatives
  • Assist in the development of policies, procedures and systems

Required Experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of loan, trade and derivative documentation, including working mechanics of the credit approval process
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Degree in Banking / Finance/ Business Law or any related discipline
  • Loan documentation experience, preferably from private banking
