You will be part of the CB Branch Operations team in the Retained Organization and will report into the Country Head of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Management of internal and external service relationships and vendors and act as escalation contact.
- Support during operational incidents and coordinate with business and other stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Operation support and expertise in various projects being regulatory changes, new process implementation, new platform or new products implementation for onshore and offshore processes, for example: impact analysis, input on France set-up and products/ regulatory specificities, participation in User Acceptance Testing, ensure changes are implemented in a coordinated / consistent approach among the teams.
- Regular process review of cash related processes and regular review and update of the respective Key Operating Documents.
- Support Audit and Quality Assurance topics.
- Timely delivery of all kinds of reporting to local stakeholders and to the DB group and ensure the required high quality standards are met.
Skills
- Deep product knowledge in Cash Management (Incoming and Outgoing domestic/cross border Payments, LCR, Cheques, SEPA).
- Project and Change Management experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
