Overview
Corporate Bank production provides the critical application support (run) to approx. 320 applications across the Corporate Bank organization globally including Payments, Core Banking Services, Client Access and Services, Trade Finance and Lending, Securities Services and Trust and Agency Services,
You will be operating within Corporate Bank production domain as a Control Room Manager, In this role, you will be accountable in triaging major incidents impacting Corporate Bank and communication to key stakeholders. You are expected to develop a deep understanding of end-to-end product flow of Corporate Bank business. You will influence and drive a culture of proactive continual improvement into the production environment through incident and problem management forums utilizing a risk-based approach. Supporting the resolution of issues and conflicts and preparing reports and meetings, professionals should have experience in all relevant tools used in the service operations environment and have specialist expertise in one or more technical areas and ensure that all associated stakeholders are provided with an optimum level of service in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) / Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) / Service Level Objectives (SLOs).

What You’ll Do
Chair start of day regional calls with application leads to ensure all incidents over the past 24 hours are well understood and all outstanding follow-ups to be performed over the course of production day. Encourage team to flag any potential incident that are at risk of becoming a major incident
Chair senior management/stakeholder calls for major critical incidents. Ensure incident status and plan to recovery is well communicated
Work with operation/business users and establish strong relationship
Understand flow of data through the application infrastructure as it is critical to understand the dataflow to best provide operational support
Drive risk management across the supported applications and ensure full compliance to production controls
Works with team members to identify areas of focus, where training may improve team performance, and improve incident resolution, Create problem records, highlighting any risks and concerns you identified during the incident for the Problem Manager to explore
Skills You’ll Need
Strong sense of curiosity and able to question assumptions using analytical, problem-solving, and risk awareness skill
Innovative, creative, articulate, and able to work directly with a broad range of stakeholder
Ability to work with global virtual teams across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones
Experience writing communications & managing relationships with senior management from Tech, Ops & Business
Experience with Production Application Support Services, ITIL, ITSM process, within a global production operations context
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Good understanding of application / infrastructure concepts and architecture
Understand what it means to work within a regulated industry and the critical nature of what we do
Ability to use reporting and dashboards to determine the health of a technical stack
Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) Security best practices
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $60,000 to $86,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
