We’re looking for a Cashier Desk (f/m/x) to be responsible for various activities within Operations department, as managing cash deposit and withdrawals in cashier desk, sack deposit and withdrawals, regulatory reporting, reconciliation and overseeing the highly complex client account openings and product set up requests.

Responsibilities:

• Accounting of cash and currency payments, cash sales and purchases;

• Managing cash deposits and withdrawals;

• Reconciliation of cashier, depository and external accounts as per booked balances, reporting discrepancies;

• Management and accounting of transfers between treasury and depository;

• Generate statistics and reports;

• External securities depository performance evaluation (SDM);

• Monitoring of outsources activities and reporting of performance issues;

• Investigations and reconciliations related to payment transactions and static data;

• Updating documentation, archiving, ensuring business continuity;

• Managing invoices issued by service providers;

• Other tasks as defined by head of department.

Requirements:

• Mandatory cashier certification (qualified foreign exchange cashier position);

• Minimum college degree;

• Working schedule can be defined as fulltime or as part-time (20 hours/week);

• Availability for 100% work from the office;

• Hungarian language: native or proficient;

• Good level of English;

• Advanced PC knowledge with MS office applications.
