Job Title: Infra COO Senior Analyst Lead, Associate

Role Description

The objectives of IT Software governance team, as part of Group COO function, is to provide cost transparency & optimization insights to senior management across Technology, Business and Finance to enable optimal governance of technology spend.

In collaboration with the various functions, you will be responsible for data analysis based on industry trends & technology strategy related to IT software and effectively articulate the opportunities to drive cost optimization.

The team is looking for a Senior Analyst Lead with strong analytical, data modelling and presentation skills. Experience with technology financial planning & analysis and knowledge of Technology business management is an advantage but not mandatory. The candidate is expected to:

• be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have an analytical approach to problem solving;
• have strong communication and advanced Microsoft Office presentation skills;
• demonstrate ability to learn fast on a job and build knowledge of Software products, contracts and services;
• be committed to produce high quality results, sometimes under tight deadlines;
• have positive attitude and able to constructively deal with uncertainty or complexity;
• be sufficiently motivated and ambitious to work on their own initiative without needing constant direction.

Your key responsibilities

• Leading monthly cost analysis and Present actionable insights and strategies using professional and compelling presentations
• Project manage software optimization programs (migration from Legacy to modern technology infrastructure, high to low-cost options etc.)
• Identify, monitor and report on cost reduction initiatives in alignment with technology strategy
• Collaborating with wider teams to drive the organization to deliver set objectives

Your skills and experience

You will ideally have:

• 6+ years of work experience, preferably in consulting / business finance with exposure to commercial planning & cost optimization.
• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree from Tier 1 institutes
• Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions
• Excellent MS Excel skills. Knowledge of SQL, BI tools preferred
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, self-directed with strategic experience in stakeholder management
• Ability to work in a large, complex, dynamic environment
