Team / division overview

DWS Infrastructure Finance Team supports in building calculations for forecasting, planning, cost restatements, cost allocations and booking these into the system. Team function also includes monitoring of month-end control checks for MECC and monthly journals, preparing submissions for SAM allocations, performing QA/Peer review and preparation of management packs.

Your responsibilities –

As our Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst, you will:

  • Provide support to the Forecasting, Planning & Cost restatement process for the DWS Infrastructure business units.
  • Monitoring of MECC financials as part of month-end control checks
  • Cost journal preparation and submission
  • Provide support on the submission of data for SAM Ops and investigation/analysis of allocation runs.
  • Preparation of various MI reports relevant to the business
  • Perform 4eye/peer review
  • Handle adhoc requests and stakeholder management/escalations

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or finance-related courses, preferably CPA
  • Proven experience in financial /management reporting and analysis of financial data, knowledge in SAP is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Driven and motivated who seeks a challenging career with substantial responsibility
  • Team player who is collaborative and also able to work independently
