Your key responsibilities:

• Support sales in communicating with clients for collection of documents required to set up annual hedge limit and hedge limit increase

• Daily client hedge utilization data download from KFOB website

• Monitor client hedge limit utilization vs limits set up

• Support sales and trading for real time pre-trade check

• Also, secure necessary approvals for hedge limit as well as other process to support sales team such as special handling client approval, etc

• Provide administrative support including but not limited to the internal counterparties within CB.

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor degree or above

• Business English Communication Skills

• Good interpersonal skill

• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities.

• A well-motivated and enthusiastic team player

• Proactive and results driven approach to ensure completion of all tasks and ultimately improvement of our clients’ DB experience.

• Intermediate MS365 skills
