Role Description

  • The Corporate Bank is investing into Client Relationship Management (CRM) to drive client centricity, collaboration, focus and efficiency. CRM also plays a growing role in the bank’s analytics and it is central to performance management of client facing staff.
  • The Corporate Bank is looking to extend its CRM team with an experienced profession in this field to maximise the value of its existing CRM platform and to contribute to the development of the next generation platform.

Team / division overview

  • The Corporate Bank Client Analytics & Strategy tribe works closely with the Corporate Bank’s product, sales and origination teams to conceptualise, implement and roll out analytics to help drive client strategy and business growth. Our team develops analytics tools using internal data sources and market information to measure client, product and sales performance across the Corporate Bank. The tribe creates and maintains client-centric and sustainable platforms which provide data & insights on business momentum and allow self-service by over 2,000 users.
  • The CRM team is an integral part of the Client Analytics & Strategy tribe. The team owns and operates the Salesforce Client Relationship Management platform, including numerous Client Management/Strategy processes and initiatives, e.g. client segmentation, account planning and sales campaigns. The bulk of CB’s proprietary client data, e.g. pipeline deals, client contacts and reporting hierarchies, are also mastered in the CRM system. The team acts as custodian of this information and works closely with the business to optimise its quality while closely coordinating with other parts of the tribe on the application of the data in various analytics.
  • The CRM team is looking for a VP level project/product manager to work in close co-operation with Technology, business management and Sales & Coverage teams globally to drive the execution of the CRM agenda across the full spectrum of activities above. Your key responsibilities

As a VP Client Relationship Management you will:

  • Work together with the global Reward Advisory team to deliver core products relating to DWS global compensation framework such as functional compensation ranges, pay-mix governance, and applicable policies and procedure documentation
  • Take responsibility regarding the global benchmarking process including complex data management and interactions with multiple stakeholders within DWS and external partners
  • Prepare impactful analysis, meeting materials or presentations as required to facilitate senior stakeholder engagement and management approvals
  • Provide support to DWS HR Relationship Managers and business clients in delivery of year end compensation process and provision of advice on policy and procedures.

Your skills and experience

We expect you to have:

  • Deep knowledge of CRM tools, processes, development and data. Prior knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage, but is not essential.
  • Solid track record as Project Manager with responsibility for CRM initiatives in a complex international setting. Good time and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to work accurately, prioritize and multi-task is important.
  • Ability to understand complex systems, business contexts and datasets while maintaining a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in working with large datasets, ideally in a CRM context.
  • Forward looking and solution-oriented mindset to drive and support positive change in the organisation. Strong teamwork, analytical and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
