DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.

The PMO specialist will be embedded in the Program and Strategy Assurance team within Deutsche Bank Global Network Services. The team follows Bank wide Change Governance Framework (CGF) and is responsible for managing CTB (Change the Bank) book of work for Global Network and Services within the Technology Infrastructure function.

We are looking for a technology focused PMO to join the team to help deliver new functionalities across the Bank, creating value and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Program Office

• Provide program office support to project Managers, making sure all change governance aspects are adhered to in a timely manner.
• Manage projects within the Clarity PPM tool making sure all trigger reports are addressed
• Manage all artefacts of Program office, Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies (RAID)
• Setting up and maintain project artefacts library such as Sharepoint, Confluence, Shared drives
• Assist Project Manager in planning of project deliverables.
• Manage and track milestones and overall progress
• Initiate Change requests and make sure they are approved and documented.
• Prepare tollgate material as per governance framework making sure they are fulfilled.
• Prepare reporting material for senior level audience, dashboards, meeting decks, presentations, status reports
• Take minutes and attendances for meetings such as Operating and Steering committees.
• Assist with Stakeholder management and communication

Skills

• Experience in Project Management within Infrastructure Technology, ideally Networks
• Formal qualification for project management/PMO e.g. PRINCE2 or PMI
• Clarity PPM tool expertise
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with JIRA & JAMA and Agile methodologies
• Some accounting knowledge desirable
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Experience of working across multiple business areas across virtual teams highly desirable.
• Fluent in English (written/verbal)
• Highly collaborative
