Overview
Corporate Bank (CB) Control Room drives collaboration across CB & Technology, Data, & Innovation (TDI) to maintain stability, to protect our client’s experience, Providing holistic oversight of all CB Tech Applications ensuring stability, protecting client experience & the Banks revenues, This includes driving collaboration for key projects across CB bridging Technology, Operations, Business & Client Teams.
Reactively responsible for the response to Major Incidents, we are the heartbeat throughout an incident to ensure all stakeholders are informed & support the decision making to ensure rapid remediation & drive root cause to prevent recurrence, Proactively we drive continuous improvements, We coordinate Disaster Recovery (DR) events, capacity management compliance, regulatory reporting, CB Tech Production Key Performance Indicator (KPI) development and reporting and risk & audit, We are far reaching every day in our stakeholder engagement to ensure through collaboration we realise the best results for the Bank.
In this role you will influence and drive a culture of proactive continual improvement into the Production environment through Problem and Risk Management forums. Supporting timely Root Cause Analysis of Critical Incidents and performing essential read-across of lessons learned with Risk Based thinking. Professionals should have experience in all relevant tools used in the Service Operations environment and ensure that all associated Service Operations stakeholders are provided with an optimum level of service, You will be an integral part of the Control Room, with a focus on Production Stability, also providing support to the Core Control Room and Risk Functions as required.

What You’ll Do
Management of the Problem Management Lifecycle for Problems affecting CB Technology Production, whilst providing support for other Problem Managers as required, Participate in Major Incidents affecting Corporate Bank (as required)
Chair blameless Post Mortem Reviews with Key Stakeholders for Critical Incidents affecting Corporate Bank. Ensure Immediate Root Cause and preventative actions are understood and well communicated
Attend the Weekly Major Incident Review and provide updates to the Corporate Bank Leadership Team on Post Mortem findings, highlighting risks and concerns
Perform Proactive Problem Analysis based on Incident trends and non-Incident based triggers
Partner / Influence stakeholders to prioritize the Development Problem Remediation book of work, Chair the Control Room Start of Day Regional Calls for Production when required
Chair Senior Management/Stakeholder calls for Major Critical Incidents when required
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Able to demonstrate examples of previous successful complex Problem Investigations with multiple resolving teams
Experience with complex Information Technology (IT) infrastructure (UNIX, Database, Middleware, Cloud etc.) and production Application Support Services, ITIL, ITSM process, within a global production operations context
Experience writing communications & managing relationships with senior management from Tech, Ops & Business
Innovative, creative, articulate, and able to work directly with a broad range of stakeholders
Experience of Major Incident Management would be advantageous, Strong Risk Management focus
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $78,000 to $111,800. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
