The IT Application Owner (ITAO) is accountable for the Application Management of a single or a portfolio of applications. He has to ensure that the application is enhanced and maintained in accordance with the Bank’s IT Security Risk and Compliance requirements of the client and other stakeholders as included in the application strategy and service levels.

The ITAO identifies and manages the risks and issues associated with the application and escalate appropriately.

Project Description:

Account and credit documents which were sent via IBML-Scanner and which are to be send via export to the processing systems: Smartfix and FCPAY (downstream apps).

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the application is compliant with the companies IT policies, based on regulatory requirements (Control Workbench)

• Provide the software licenses support and security certificates required for the application (Certhub)

• Support various compliance activities applicable for the application: Maintain NAR Data Quality, Disaster Recovery Test, User access recertifications, Production Access Control trough Cyberark etc

• Ensure availability and stability of all relevant environment stages (UAT, PROD)

• Participate within the “Scanner Weekly JF” Meeting providing the needful updates

• Support the team and Problem Managers as well as participating in Global Incident Management calls (Critical incidents) and creating the technical Changes for PROD configuration (patches installation etc)

• Support vendor contract renewals owned by IT team / PMO

Your skills and Experiences:

• Ability to create and maintain a good business relationship with all involved parties (Business, TISO, ISO, Downstream Apps.)

• Good presentation and communication skills in English and German ( German at B1 level or higher is a must as the customer is German speaker)

• Highly organized and self-driven worker with strong analytical skills

• Work experience in Access Management area (Global Change/ Incident Management) is a plus
