Job Description:
DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.

Our AFC team is responsible for protecting the bank from financial and reputational losses incurred by financial crimes by assessing, controlling and mitigating risks. Risk types related to Anti-Financial Crime are consolidated in a comprehensive and effective risk management framework that covers Anti-Money-Laundering, Sanctions & Embargoes, Anti-Bribery & Corruption as well as Anti-Fraud & Investigations.
As a Development Lead, you will be responsible for a team of 5+ developers in terms of people management (recruit, mentor, set yearly expectations, trainings, etc), interface between development team and various stakeholders, servant leader of the team to remove impediments, setup and implement development standards and be an active contributor for the team transformations (Agile, team structure, identifying role gaps). You will be part of an enthusiast team delivering software for internal clients in AFC domain.

Responsibilities
- Develop and own product backlog for a team to deliver business and technical requirements
- Build deep relationships with users and customers in order to elicit requirements, shape sustainability products vision, roadmap and release backlog, and drive adoption.
- Work with product director, architecture, and engineering leadership to define and drive product strategy and execution
- Definition of the agile team mission, product vision and priorities, working with agile team and stakeholders, including articulating the underlying rationale and strategic drivers
- Act as an expert voice on sustainability matters with the development teams
Skills
- 5+ years experience
- Comfortable driving requirements and priority discussions with senior business stakeholders, and explaining business concepts and requirements to engineering teams.
- Experience developing technology products and services incorporating data sourcing, management, analytics and reporting, including prototyping, requirements workshops and product delivery
- Experience as an Agile Product owner operating in a scrum or scaled agile framework, including experience working with JIRA, confluence and running agile events.
- Understanding of financial products and data across investment, corporate and private banking knowledge of and interest in Sustainability in Financial Services a plus
