Financial and Regulatory Reporting function is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of complete and comprehensive financial and regulatory reporting and analysis, for their area, in line with applicable internal policies and external regulatory, statutory and control frameworks.
Fix-term part-time contract (18 months, 20 weekly working hours)
The Lead Financial, Regulatory and Risk Reporting Analyst ensures timely and accurate financial, regulatory and risk reporting, in line with regulatory and statutory requirements. They collaborate with relevant stakeholders to provide complete and comprehensive reporting in the financial books and records of the Bank, for the effective management of financial and accounting risk.
Responsibilities
- Cooperation on the preparation of IFRS and HGB statements for the parent company according to the current schedule and requirements
- Preparation of inter-systems daily/monthly reconciliations and subsequent investigation of differences and corrections
- Monitoring and reporting of the FX position of the branch
- Cooperation with the Accounts Payable Clark, especially verifying invoices and payments
- Process correspondence of the Finance department
- Cooperate with the external auditor during the audit of the bank's statutory statements, preparation of supporting materials
- Communicate with all internal partners on a local and global level
Skills
- Czech and English fluently
- Basic knowledge of accounting (both Czech rules as well as IFRS), tax and regulatory requirements
- Very good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). MS Access advantage
- University degree in economics (or similar) or at least 5 year experience in Finance/Banking
