The Relationship Manager works with the Wealth Management Senior Lead to meet agreed sales and revenue targets. The Sales Specialist will generate detailed client / product knowledge, market knowledge and cultivate client relationships in order to generate sales opportunities. The Sales Specialist will work to develop deep understanding of the client need / product detail and Bank’s capabilities with the aim of meeting client satisfaction expectations. The Sales Specialist will be conversant relevant legal, regulatory and Bank policy requirements and operate accordingly. Together with the Lead Salesperson ensure liaison with existing clients. Researching and fostering new client opportunities. Building the necessary working relationships with origination, trading, research, client services, and operations staff – if applicable & to the degree that is commensurate with the business area - to ensure effective end to end client / product delivery.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for profitability of the customer portfolio
Responsible for comprehensive, personalized relationship management and training of internal and external customer value creation potential
Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
Supervision and coordination of administration and business management within the scope of valid processes and policies
Increase of volume and margin of the customer portfolio and asset management in the form of care
Professional and strategic management of WM target customers, taking into account an investor-friendly policy and investment advice
Asset allocation in terms of strategic and tactical asset allocation
Profit-oriented construction and development of a customer's portfolio by:
Acquisition (new and existing customers)
Increasing the share of wallet
Exploiting cross-selling opportunities
Managing profit-oriented utilization of the managed client portfolios in the securities
Development and implementation of structured sales ideas in close collaboration with the Investment Manager
Establishment and development of a multiplier network
Skills
Bank training and / or academic training
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in dealing with (ultra) high net worth individuals
Sales strength and goal orientation
High ability to communicate, good interpersonal skills to develop working relationships
Good knowledge of the framework of the Luxembourg financial centre
Willingness to travel regionally
Readiness of mind, pro-active attitude, clear structured working methods
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Performance orientation and assertiveness
Very good command of French and English. Other languages will be an added value.
